Terms

Terms of reservation and accommodation:

1. Reservation is valid for a period of 1 day
2. Check in time: 14:00
3. Check-out time: until 11:00
4. Maximum number of simultaneously residents: 4 - for suites and semi deluxe suites, 2 - for class rooms
5. Registration in the hotel takes place only in the presence of identity documents, namely passports, birth certificates (for persons under 16 years old), passport (for foreign citizens).

Prices at the time of arrival and departure

1. When check in from 11:00 to 14:00, payment is made in the amount of 50% of the cost of living in one day.
2. When check in from 00:00 to 11:00, payment is made in the amount of 100% of the cost of living in one day.
3. When checking out from 11:00 to 14:00, payment is made at a rate of 50% of the room rate per day.
4. When checking out from 14:00 to 00:00, payment is made at a rate of 100% of the room rate per day.

Early check in and late check-out is possible only under conditions of preliminary approval and shall be paid in the amount of half the current rate for one day.

Services without extra charge

1. Wi-Fi internet
2. Kitchen unit in each room
3. Use of a medical first-aid kit (only by medical means for external use in case of necessity of provision of the first medical aid)
4. Taxi call
5. Waking at a certain time
6. Replacement of bed linen, towels every 3 days.
7. Baby crib (playpen)
8. Baby table for feeding

Additional paid services:

1. Products in the mini bar or ordered at reception
2. Early arrival and late departure
3. CONFERENCE HALL
4. SPA

When leaving the hotel, the Guest is obliged to pay full use of the additional services provided to him during the period of residence, for example, the products in the mini bar and ordered at the reception desk, as well as give the room he occupied to the next administrator. In case of loss or damage to the property of the Hotel, the Guest is obliged to pay damages in accordance with the current legislation.
The amount of damage is determined by the administration.
